FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT CLASS

This is a 45 minute Full Body Strengthening Class that will Help you Build your Endurance, Gain Lean Muscle, and Tone/Tighten your Body. This is a Bodyweight only Class lead with a Full Body Warm up and finished with a Stretching Cool Down. All you need for this Class is some water, a towel, and yourself. Let's Put in this Fun Work!
